How to make mix veg at home

Hey Friends. Hope you are doing well.

So, in today’s topic I will help you in How To Make Restaurant Style Mix Vegetable (Ghobi, Matar, Aloo, Shimla Mirch, Gazar and Paneer) At Home.

Ingredients:

  1. 4-5 Tablespoons Mustard Oil/Olive Oil
  2. 1 Spoon Cumin Seeds
  3. 3-4 Green Chilies Chopped
  4. 5-6 Clots Of Garlic Chopped
  5. 1 Inch of Ginger Chopped
  6. 2 Onion Chopped
  7. 1 Tomato Chopped
  8. ½ Tablespoon Red Chili (according to taste)
  9. ½ Tablespoon Garam Masala and ½ Tablespoon Mix Veg Masala (Optional)
  10. ½ Tablespoon Dhania Powder (Coriander Powder)
  11. 1 Tablespoon Turmeric
  12. Salt according to Taste
  13. 1 Ghobi ( Cauliflower)
  14. 5-6 Gajar
  15. 1 Shimla Mirch
  16. 3 Aloo
  17. Matar (100 gm)
  18. 100 gm Paneer

How To Make Mix Veg Recipe:

To make mix vegetable, heat the pan/kadahi and add oil into it. Heat the oil properly until it changes its color. Now, turn off the gas and let the oil rest for 30 seconds.

Now add cumin seeds and saute it and turn on the flame. Keep it low. Add garlic, green chilies, ginger in it and saute well and wait until it turns into light brown.

Now, add chopped onions and again saute. Cover the pan. Check after 1 minute and keep the flame low.  When the onion get soft add tomato and cover the pan again.

Meanwhile, on the other side of stove, boil all the vegetables, excluding paneer and shimla mirch, to vanish all the germs and to make vegetable fast. When the vegetables get boil turn off the flame add rinse them well.

Now, check the tadka and add all the masalas into it and mix them well. When the masalas leave the oil, add all the vegetables and mix them including paneer and shimla mirch.

Cover the pan again and rest the vegetable for 10 mints at low flame. After 10 minutes, check the vegetable and saute it again. You can keep the vegetable on medium flame while sauteing and again keep it on low and cover it. Check the vegetable again and again until it cooks well.

Now, turn off the gas and let the vegetable rest with steam in it for 10 minutes to make it yum.

You can also garnish the vegetable with finely chopped dhaniya.

Serve it to your family or friends and earn the credits. 🙂

Note: This vegetable is meant to be without water at all. But you can add 3-4 tablespoons of water if you feel so.
